Liberation Center Liberia has plans to construct the first ever of its kind, Thunder House for Juvenile Boys that will be a diversionary program for Liberia’s disadvantaged youth, giving the boys an opportunity to live in a positive, enriching and loving environment instead of them having to be locked up in prison with the adults.
